My husband and I have hired Larry Wu 3 times in the past few months. He built a beautiful railing for our front steps where there was none before – he designed the rail himself and it is both functional and stunning. He also replaced our tired and worn out basement stairs with new wooden stairs plus a railing.

 Recently, he redid our front porch by sanding the wood floor and replacing it with a beautiful and durable stain. He advised us re: the colour choice and he was absolutely right. My husband and I are so glad that we took his advice.

 Larry also painted the underside of our front porch roof by first sanding the old wood right down and then applying a coat of primer and then 2 days later the paint. He did a beautiful job and between his paint job and the lovely stain on the porch floor as well as the porch uprights it is transformative.

 We find Larry totally honest and an extremely committed and hardworking professional. He offers excellent suggestions and support but then leaves the final decision to the homeowners.

 We are definitely going to hire Larry for any more projects we plan to have done to our home. I should mention too that our home is over 100 years old with the beauty but also the quirks that most older home have – Larry manages to always find excellent ways to adjust.
